UL1977是用于數(shù)據(jù)、信號(hào)、控制和電力應(yīng)用中使用的連接器UL認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，連接器UL1977認(rèn)證需要進(jìn)行溫升測(cè)試。UL1977溫升測(cè)試是測(cè)試連接器在通最大額定電流情況下部件的溫度變化情況，以確定連接器工作時(shí)可被接觸到的部分，是否存在溫度過(guò)高造成人身傷害的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

- The temperature measurement is to be made on the wiring terminals of each device
溫升測(cè)試點(diǎn)應(yīng)布在接線端子上
- The test is to continue for 4 hours even if stabilized temperatures are attained in a shorter period of time
最少連續(xù)運(yùn)行4個(gè)小時(shí)，即使溫度在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)穩(wěn)定
- Three consecutive readings, taken at 5 minute intervals indicate no further rise above the ambient temperature
三次連續(xù)讀數(shù)，每次間隔5分鐘
- All contacts are to be connected in series so as to carry the same test current.

- Tested at a draft-free area having an ambient temperature of 25 ±5°C (77 ±9°F)

- The measured temperature shall not exceed the Relative Thermal Index (electrical) of the insulating material
UL：最高溫度不能超過(guò)塑料的RTI (Elec.) 值
UL+CUL：溫升不能超過(guò)30K。
